At Nishat Linen, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a request.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and labels are attached

  • The product is in original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Innerwear or intimate apparel

  • Customized or altered products

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during special clearance events


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item

Please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued.

  • Price differences must be paid if exchanging for a higher-value product.

  • No cash refund will be given for lower-value exchanges; store credit may be issued instead.


6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support via email or helpline.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return procedure.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


7. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • Then contact our support team for assistance


9. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges may not be available for international orders in some cases.


10. Policy Abuse

Nishat Linen reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • Items show signs of use

  • The policy is misused repeatedly

  • The product is returned damaged intentionally
